Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain best practises for production processes, aiming to optimise efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement action plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practises
Experience:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role
- Familiarity with business processes related to manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems for managing production data
- Demonstrated expertise in quality control methodologies and continuous improvement strategies
- Excellent leadership skills, motivating teams to achieve common goals
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to production metrics
