About the Role

We have a rare opportunity for a Production Manager to lead production and operations teams. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing production processes to meet delivery targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage production schedules to optimize labour and equipment utilisation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a strong work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry regulations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and production costs effectively.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5-7 years in production or manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and Six Sigma/Lean principles (certification is a plus).
