MS535 - Breakdown and Planning AdministratorLocation: Andover, HampshireSalary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annumOverview: First Military Recruitment are currently supporting our client in the search for a Breakdown and Planning Administrator You will be joining a well established and expanding business within the HVAC industry. Our client stock a full range of Chillers, Boilers, Heaters, Air Conditioners, Air Purifiers and Dehumidifiers. Our client manufacture their containerised Boilers and also service and maintain their hire fleet, delivering pristine hire equipment to customers across the country.Our client is keen to offer opportunities to Ex-Military personnel, but all applications will be considered.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To action the calls in the breakdowns inbox
  • To administer all calls into the service system
  • To update the planner for labour resource
  • Ensure engineers have hire vehicles when their own is in for service, meaning no down time.
  • To assist with reporting trends for breakdowns / parts used To administer and be responsible for logging all of the breakdowns in the email box in our service system
  • To communicate with the customers to triage the issues for portable units and try to resolve over the phone
  • To raise a job in the service system
  • To book the works in the resource planner
  • Discuss the issue with the drivers and despatch them to site
  • Liaison with depot managers if issues arise
  • Update both the resource planner and the service system
  • Action daily and weekly reports to the line manager to look for trends for service breakdowns, parts failures and engineer issues

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Computer literate
  • System centric
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Need to be used to handling difficult customers
  • Previous service planning would be advantageous
  • Engineering knowledge would be advantageous
