Their commitment to innovation, quality, and efficiency ensures that they deliver world-class engineering solutions across multiple industries.Role Overview As a Process Engineer, you will provide technical support to production and engineering teams, ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes. You will play a key role in new product introductions (NPI), continuous improvement, and troubleshooting technical issues, working to enhance productivity and process reliability.Key Responsibilities ? Product Validation & Compliance: Ensure that all manufactured products meet customer specifications and engineering standards.? Process Verification & Optimization: Utilize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process capability studies, and new equipment validation to continuously improve manufacturing processes.? Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while reducing waste.? Production Support: Provide technical guidance to production teams, troubleshoot process-related issues, and optimize workflows.? Training & Development: Support the training of operators, technicians, and junior engineers in best practices, process controls, and manufacturing techniques.? Customer & Supplier Interaction: Review customer documentation, communicate technical updates, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.? Quality & Compliance: Work alongside quality engineers to investigate and resolve product quality issues, assist with audits, and implement corrective actions.? Business Process Management: Assist in documenting procedures, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring compliance with business standards.Qualifications & Experience ?? Minimum: HNC/HND in Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline.?? Preferred: Degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.?? Experience: At least 2 years working in a manufacturing or process engineering role.?? Knowledge of:
  • Manufacturing process development & validation
  • Lean manufacturing & Six Sigma principles
  • Root cause analysis & problem-solving techniques (FMEA, 8D, SPC)
  • Technical documentation & regulatory compliance
  • Industry standards such as ISO9001, IATF16949
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Process control software & data analysis tools
