R.E Thompson Ltd is seeking two Quality Engineers to join their team in Andover, offering a permanent full-time position from Monday to Friday.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of proven Quality Engineering experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The role involves implementing customer requirements to ensure conformance with AS9145, ISO14001, and ISO9001, while striving for 0% defects using methodologies like 8D’s and 5 Whys.
Additional responsibilities include supporting mechanical inspections and ensuring timely review and closure of non-conforming records.

Supporting the mechanical inspection of components/products with handheld quality equipmen
Ensuring all non-conforming records are reviewed and closed out in a timely manner.

Quality EngineersEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

3 Years proven Quality Engineering experience (Fast paced manufacturing is advantageous)
Must have a mechanical engineering understanding
Experience of of internal auditing and QMS experience
