Salary: 27,000 - 28,000 per annum DOE
Adecco are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Operative to join our client's dynamic team in Andover. If you're motivated and thrive in a team environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring that products are made to the exact measurements of order, label and pack, ready for dispatch efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Measuring, cutting and bending aluminium
- Setting, and operating machinery
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Assisting with labelling and packing the products for dispatch
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, we are seeking individuals who:
- Possess a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience within a manufacturing environment an advantage
- This role involves heavy lifting and standing
