Are you a detail-oriented, organised administrator with a talent for collaboration and process improvement? Join our dynamic Procurement team as a Procurement Administrator and play a key role in supporting our day-to-day procurement operations and systems.

Role Overview: In this role, you will support procurement projects, manage contracts, track spend data, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to enhance procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Procurement team with project visibility, contract management, and spend tracking.
  • Act as the first point of contact for procurement queries.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate contracts register and oversee spend data records.
  • Coordinate supplier and contract management activities across departments.
  • Conduct data cleansing and standardisation to ensure data accuracy.
  • Deliver training on procurement systems and update user guides as needed.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest automation opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong experience in administration or coordination roles, preferably within procurement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning new systems.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills, communication skills, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
