- Liaising with suppliers
- Raising purchase orders
- Arranging credits and replacements of items
- Manage the supplier query email box
- Maintain and update company records
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktaking
- Oversee and resolve any order related issues
- Prior experience of purchasing /supply chain/ procurement
- A good level of IT skills including Excel
- Outstanding customer service /communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and priortise a busy workload
- Proactive and self motivated individual
