About the role:

This is a high end super- prime /listed / heritage project in excess of 45 million in value , we now have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a strong commercial team within a reputable main contractor on a live project dealing with the change orders and managing the variations across a number of packages of specialist high end and fit out contractors across the project .

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of various sub-contract packages from procurement to final account
  • Cost report up-line to Commercial Manager
  • Mentor more junior members of staff
  • Pricing and agreeing variations

Requirements:

  • Degree / HNC qualified
  • Experience administering JCT forms of contract.
  • Experience managing substantial sub-contract packages
  • Experience of change orders / variations
