Job Purpose:

Identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organisational needs. Encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle, from collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements to executing effective sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the offer and onboarding process.

Duties:

  • Managing job descriptions, interview questions and scoring process to ensure fairness and equality within recruitment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Utilise various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a diverse pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Attending recruitment fairs, career fairs and career open days to raise CCS profile.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Reporting data to Talent Acquisition Partner


Skills/Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer focus
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organisational skills, including own time management
  • Proven recruitment experience
  • Proficient in Excel and data management.
