Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Female PE Teacher to fulfil a temporary, full time position within a large Secondary school, based in Andover. This role is to start ASAP through until Easter , with the potential to extend until the end of the academic year.

The school are a popular secondary with a great reputation within the local community, boasting fantastic facilities such as a recently refurbished library and gymnasium, animal management area and expansive grounds. They have recently invested in the growth of the school grounds, creating an expansion building made up of state-of-the-art Science labs and classrooms, as well as recently opening their renovated Inclusion Space which holds bespoke classrooms and breakout spaces for nurture and SEND students within the school.

As the PE Teacher, you will be responsible for the delivery of lessons and content to students, ensuring safe practice and motivational teaching to provide an inspiring and engaging lesson to all. You will work with the department to provide progression opportunities for pupils, allowing them to develop their practical skills in sporting activities and learning.

This role is currently a supply opportunity, and is open to both experienced and qualified teachers, and strong UQT's. The salary for this role is currently set between £130-190 per day.

For this role, you will:- Hold Qualified Teacher Status or similar- Have experience teaching within a secondary school - Be able to manage behaviour appropriately and deliver good quality lessons- Be available five days per week at least until Easter 2025- Hold a DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain
