Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing support to KS1 & KS2 students, both individually and in small groups.
  • Assisting with intervention programs to help students who need additional support to reach their potential.
  • Supporting class teachers with classroom management, preparing resources, and encouraging active learning.
  • Assisting with the delivery of engaging and stimulating lessons that promote enthusiasm for learning.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working with KS2 children or in a primary school environment (this could include placements or volunteering).
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping all pupils succeed.
  • Creative ideas to make learning fun, interactive, and accessible for all children.
  • A friendly, approachable manner with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
