About us
We have one mission: to empower children and young people across Hampshire to realise their potential. We work with those most in need of our support, inspiring them to realise they are capable of more than they thought. Our work focuses on 3 key points:

We run a number of childcare services across the county including Holiday Clubs, Breakfast Clubs, Afterschool Clubs, and Preschools. All profits from our childcare services are donated to our charitable arm to support disadvantaged young people across the county.
About the role
As a Playworker your role will be to support children and young people to reach their potential by planning, running and monitoring engaging activities.
Our Holiday Club runs throughout every school holiday and we provide a variety of themed days at our centre and trips to local venues. We aim to provide young people with new opportunities and experiences and build new friendships, making the most of their school holidays.
About you
We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic individuals, over the age of 18, who are committed to making a difference to the lives of children and young people. You will need to be reliable, approachable and caring and have previous experience of working with young people.
