- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.

- Document CRM configurations and development processes.
- Proficiency in customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with integration techniques (SOAP, RESTful APIs).
- Knowledge of data migration tools and third-party solutions.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210).
