Do you have experience with MRP/ ERP systems and a background in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management or similar, looking to join a rapidly growing manufacturer within an autonomous role where you will take full ownership to grow and mentor your own team around you and further progress your career into leadership?On offer is a varied and challenging role where you will work proactively to develop your own department, making a huge impact on the future of the business and progressing your career, all the while being invested in with additional training and support to thrive in the position.This company are a specialist manufacturer of electro mechanical products used within scientific fields. Due to continued growth they have developed a new role in the company to overhaul and grow the supply chain team.In this role you will take charge of the inventory and logistics team, implementing and managing company MRP systems and supply chain processes. Initially the role will not include direct reports, though you will have the opportunity to grow the team and step into a leadership position.The role would suit someone with a background in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or similar, and knowledge of MRP systems. Ideally you should have experience within a manufacturing, engineering or similar field.The Role:*Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours*Taking ownership of supply chain and inventory management*Overhauling and managing MRP systems*Growing a team in the futureThe Person:*Background in Supply Chain or inventory management, or similar*Knowledge of MRP/ ERP systems*Experience within engineering or manufacturing sector
