*(During initial training working hours will be: Mon-Thurs: 08:30- 17:00, Fri: 08:30 - 15:30)*

About the Role:

Actio Recruitment is assisting our client with their search for an SMT Set Up Operator. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for preparing SMT kits for Surface Mount Machine Operators, ensuring efficient workflow. This includes the control and setting up of SMT kits, de-kitting returns, countback, and maintaining clear communication with the Stores team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up SMT kits for Surface Mount Machine Operators.
  • Handle de-kitting returns and countback of components.
  • Ensure accurate communication with the Stores team for smooth operations.
  • Maintain high levels of attention to detail in all aspects of kit management.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of electronic components is beneficial but not essential.
