Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional Saturday work if required)
Salary up to 25,900

I have been instructed to recruit a Manufacturing Team Member to join our client based in Andover, Hampshire.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Cutting and checking orders during the production stage.
- Following set production and manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Labelling and dispatching orders to meet quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
This is a physical role, working with a team environment where lifting requirements will be shared, and health and safety adhered to.
What we are looking for:
- A 'can do' attitude and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and meet production targets.
- Adherence to health & safety policies.
Previous commercial sewing experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
