Our Client is a well-respected and busy Water Treatment outfit, who is looking for a knowledgeable Water Treatment Service Chemist to join their team in the South Central region. Candidates will need a proven track record of undertaking Chemical Analysis on process systems, writing detailed technical reports and maintaining Client relationships. Experience / Qualifications:
- Candidates will need existing experience working as a Water Treatment Service Chemist for a reputable company
- Will ideally hold a BSc / degree relating to the industry (such as environmental or science-based)
- Strong industry technical knowledge, including ACOP L8, HSG 274 and HTM 0401
- Proven track record of maintaining and building on Client relationships
- Excellent written abilities and proficient with IT applications, including the Office Suite
- Professional and self-motivated work ethic

The Role:
- Completing Chemical Analysis of Steam Boilers, Cooling Towers, Closed and Heated Chilled Systems
- Writing comprehensive technical reports and providing a consultancy service for Clients
- Using a site test kit on site and calibrating equipment
- Undertaking ad-hoc hands-on duties, such as minor remedial / plumbing repairs to systems
- Travelling to a mixed portfolio of Client sites as per contractual requirements across the South of England
