Our client, a renowned manufacturer in the engineering sector, is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join their team in Andover, Hampshire. This is a temp to perm role where you will have the opportunity to work on crafting high-quality engineering solutions,
Key Responsibilities:- Performing TIG welding to fabricate copper and aluminium components
- Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welds and fabrications
- Inspecting and testing welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
- Maintaining tools and workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Following all safety protocols and procedures
- Proven experience as a TIG Welder/Fabricator
- Proficiency in welding copper and aluminium materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Andover, Hampshire
- Casual dress code
