Academics is on the hunt for a Qualified Science Teacher to join a dynamic Secondary Academy in Hull. We are searching for an educator with a genuine passion for science, who excels at bringing scientific concepts to life and creating an engaging learning environment for students.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS), PGCE, or equivalent qualifications in Science education.
- Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4, with a solid grasp of the National Curriculum across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver captivating lessons that encourage exploration and foster a deeper understanding of scientific principles.
- Strong classroom management skills, committed to maintaining a focused and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to explain complex scientific ideas in a way that excites and motivates students.
- A dedication to nurturing students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on experiments and interactive learning.
