Looking for a rewarding role in a caring environment? Our client is seeking a Deputy Manager for a small to medium-sized residential care home for older people in Hull. Commutable from Hull, Hessle, Anlaby, Cottingham, Bilton & surrounding areas.

Our client is a small private care provider committed to offering high-quality care for older people, including those with dementia. They focus on creating a warm, supportive atmosphere where both residents and staff can thrive.

As the Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Monitor the wellbeing of residents.
  • Ensure all staff are supported.
  • Promote independence and wellbeing by meeting residents' personal and social care needs.
  • Provide leadership and management.
  • Undertake staff supervisions.
  • Support team members' development.
  • Work 40 hours per week, including 2 shifts on the floor and 2 supernumerary shifts.

To be a successful Deputy Manager, you should have:

  • A genuine passion for putting people first and delivering high-quality care.
