Our client is a small private care provider committed to offering high-quality care for older people, including those with dementia. They focus on creating a warm, supportive atmosphere where both residents and staff can thrive.
As the Deputy Manager, you will:
- Monitor the wellbeing of residents.
- Ensure all staff are supported.
- Promote independence and wellbeing by meeting residents' personal and social care needs.
- Provide leadership and management.
- Undertake staff supervisions.
- Support team members' development.
- Work 40 hours per week, including 2 shifts on the floor and 2 supernumerary shifts.
For the Deputy Manager role, the package includes:
- Annual salary of 28,000 (13.50 per hour for a 40-hour week).
