Key Responsibilities:
  • Blend products to meet quality specifications and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and departments to resolve any production issues.
  • Follow environmental and energy management standards (ISO 14001/50001).
  • Uphold high health and safety standards, reporting and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Ensure processes align with company procedures and the UFAS code of practice.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic workspace daily.
  • Operate blending processes efficiently to meet production goals on time.
  • Proactively reduce waste and improve space utilization.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
