Key Responsibilities:
Blend products to meet quality specifications and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and departments to resolve any production issues.
Follow environmental and energy management standards (ISO 14001/50001).
Uphold high health and safety standards, reporting and addressing any issues promptly.
Ensure processes align with company procedures and the UFAS code of practice.
Maintain a clean, hygienic workspace daily.
Operate blending processes efficiently to meet production goals on time.
Proactively reduce waste and improve space utilization.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
