Service care solutions are working with a leading law firm, based in the South of Scotland, with thirteen dynamic offices across the Scottish Borders and Dumfries & Galloway. They utilise modern digital technology to deliver high-quality legal services to our expanding client base. We are currently seeking an experienced solicitor to join their Annan office.


About the Role: The Annan office specialises in providing legal, financial, and administrative services to individuals, family trusts, families, private companies, and charities. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of rural property matters, including rural title registration for farms, estates, and residential properties, along with private client work.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Approximately 2 years' post-qualifying experience managing a caseload of property work, including agricultural, commercial, and residential transactions, as well as private client matters.
  • Strong technical and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
