We are partnered with a managed service company recruiting for a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer in Annan, Scotland.
This permanent position requires candidates to work Monday to Thursday from 7.30am to 5pm, with Fridays off.
Key responsibilities include managing Active Directory, providing MS365 application support, and understanding networking fundamentals such as LAN, WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant technologies and must be SC level cleared.
The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to commute to Annan four days a week.

We are partnered with a managed serviced company who are recruiting for a 2nd Line level Desktop Support Engineer on a permanent basis in Annan, Scotland.

This role operates 7.30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday with Fridays completely off!

General duties include:

- Active directory - creating, deleting users, group policies

- MS365 application support

- Networking Fundamentals - LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP

To qualify:

- Must be SC level cleared

- Must be able to commute to Annan four days per week

- Must have excellent communication skills

- Must have 2+ years experience in the above technologies
