Sonic Summary

We are partnered with a managed service company recruiting for a 2nd Line level Desktop Support Engineer in Annan, Scotland.
This permanent role operates from 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, with Fridays off.
Key responsibilities include managing Active Directory, providing MS365 application support, and understanding networking fundamentals.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in relevant technologies and be eligible for SC clearance.
The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to commute to Annan four days a week.

We are partnered with a managed serviced company who are recruiting for a 2nd Line level Desktop Support Engineer on a permanent basis in Annan, Scotland.

This role operates 7.30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday with Fridays completely off!

General duties include:

- Active directory - creating, deleting users, group policies

- MS365 application support

- Networking Fundamentals - LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP

To qualify:

- Must be eligible for SC clearance

- Must be able to commute to Annan four days per week

- Must have excellent communication skills

- Must have 2+ years experience in the above technologies
