Your new companyMy client is a well-established insurance provider that is responsible for investigating, evaluating and settling insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.

Your new roleIn your exciting new role as Administrator, you will be mainly responsible for the reviewing and processing of insurance claims to determine coverage and liability. Your other duties will consist of:

  • Conducting investigations by gathering relevant information, such as policy details, statements etc
  • Communicating with policyholders to provide updates on claims
  • Maintaining accurate claim records, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Making recommendations on claim settlements and negotiating settlements within approved authority limits.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties

What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this position, you will ideally need some experience within the industry/similar industry, but this is not a necessity. What is a necessity, is great communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
