Are you an experienced Support Worker with at least 12 months UK based care experience?

Looking to work full time and earn up-to £10,000 over 3 months?Successful candidates will be happy to work on a contract basis offering excellent pay rates up to £22 p/h. The role is working with adults in a care at home or residential setting within the offshore islands in Scotland.As a support worker you will be a committed and caring individual with relevant experience of working in a social care setting in the UK. Shift patterns tend to be a mixture of earlies and lates, across the week including weekends.

What You'll Do As a Specialist Support Worker?

  • Assist with packages of care tailored to individual needs
  • Provide support for individuals with complex care requirements, challenging behaviour, and autism
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment for those you support

What We're Looking For?

  • Experience: Previous experience in complex care, challenging behaviour, and autism support
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Requirements: Must be a car driver to travel across the Central Belt, Must have over 3 years UK care experience.
  • A car driver with access to your own vehicle
  • Qualified to minimum SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care (Desirable)
