Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Burton Upon Trent
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Mornings, afternoons and nights - alternating every week)
Salary: Up to £48k

Key Responsibilities of a Multi Skilled Engineer:

Conducting proactive and reactive maintenance on a range of high-tech production machinery.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults.
Collaborating with the production team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Working with automated systems and cutting-edge technology to maintain optimal machine performance.
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Requirements of a Multi Skilled Engineer:

Qualified to a Level 3 NVQ or above in Electrical Engineering or Multi-Skilled Engineering.
Strong electrical skills with a good understanding of mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent results.
Proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement
