Office Administrator
Location: Anstey, LE7
Salary: Up to £19,000 per annum (Depending on age and experience)
Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday plus working one Saturday in four

The Role
Duties for this role include: -
- Dealing with daily enquiries via post, telephone, and email.
- Managing diaries with viewings, inspections, inventories etc.
- Providing support such as paperwork, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and printing
- Supporting members of our team with workload and tasks as requested.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication to speak with owners, tenants, utilities and much more.
- Friendly and personable attitude and able to work as part of a team.
- Driving Licence (Essential)
- Friendly and personable attitude
- Able to work as part of a team
- Previous lettings experience
- Self-motivated and outgoing team player
