Hire Desk Administrator

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my prestigious client, based nearCoalville, LE67,for an experiencedHire Desk Administrator.

Joining this established and friendly team, the successful applicant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the companies plant fleet.

This position requires proficiency in various software applications, strong administration skills and excellent telephone customer service.

The Plant Hire Desk Administrator will be responsible for managing on and off hires, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

The role will offer diversity, supporting various departments in the day to day running of the business.

About the role:

  • Managing daily hires of the plant fleet
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintaining Fleet, ordering parts, arranging services etc
  • Liaising with Fitters for repairs and breakdowns

Hours and Pay:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Salary up to 30,000 - dependent on experience
  • Full time, permanent position

About you:

  • Proven Plant Hire Desk Administrator experience is essential
  • Syrinx or similar software experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Confident and hard-working attitude
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated and punctual
