Reed Health & Care are currently recruiting for a Retirement Housing Manager on a permanent basis – there is also an opportunity for a temporary short term contract if this is of preference to you in Anstruther.

Salary : £20,857.67 per annum

Hours : 30 hours a week – Monday to Friday 9am-3pm

The role is to Manage a Retirement Living Development, delivering exceptional customer service and promoting advocacy through the creation and maintenance of a vibrant community. This role provides quality property management and signposting of appropriate lifestyle services for customers living at the development, by driving occupancy of the development through property sales and rentals.

Requirements :

• Experience working in a customer centric environment.

 • Demonstrable experience in an operational ‘front line’ role.

 • Experience in multi-tasking and prioritising workload.

• Good understanding and working applications of IT systems such as Microsoft Office   programmes.

• Experience of working on your own on a day-to day basis, as part of a wider team delivering benefits across the broader business.

You also must be willing to travel reasonable distances for essential meetings or to cover other developments when required.
