Commercial Sales Graduate - What you can expect:
路Build and develop your expertise in areas such as: Sales, with a focus on high calibre Customers, both as direct sales to Original Equipment Manufacturers and through distribution channels
路Customer Service, learn how to manage pricing processes, logistics and customer relationship management
路Support in cross-functional projects, for example in the areas of technology, sales, lean, pricing and marketing
路Application engineering, interact with our technical experts to gain knowledge of our technologies and provide the best technical solution to our Customers
路Responsibility for your own projects
Commercial Sales Graduate - Your ideal profile should include:
路University Degree in Engineering or Commercial with a specialisation in a relevant discipline. A Master鈥檚 Degree would be considered as a strong asset.
路First hand experience in project management is a plus
路Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
路Initiative, self-starter approach, and strong communications skills
路Geographical flexibility to move to any Parker location both during and upon completion of the program
路Fluent in local language, English and an additional language would be beneficial
