This role is with a Blue Chip Global Food Organisation, therefore previous experience in line production management (preferably within the food industry) and line supervision is required for this role.

shift: 5.45am-3.15pm
The Role:
- Ensure product meets specification and that Food Safety objectives are attained in accordance with company policies
- Organisation of staff, including Agency Staff to rotas and budgets, ensuring shifts are covered exceed production targets
- Compilation of management reports, H&S reports including BRC, Soil Association and Company policies
- Attending and presenting at Management meetings
- Use of SAP System to facilitate the effective flow of product through production to dispatch
- Ensuring production targets are achieved and customer specifications are met
- Collation of orders before dispatch and loading vehicles as per load plans
- Effective housekeeping to ensure H&S and all areas are clear, clean and well maintained
- Continually monitor production orders to maintain production flow-through
- Covering for the production controller in their absence
- Maintain Food Hygiene standards at all times
