Brook Street is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Team Administrator at Alder House, Antrim Area Hospital.

  • Job Title: Team Administrator
  • Location: Alder House, Antrim Area Hospital
  • Pay: 11.67 per hour
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

As a Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Safeguarding and Family Support Service and the Workforce Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary Management: Organising and maintaining schedules using Microsoft Outlook to arrange appointments and meetings.
  • Document Preparation: Typing and formatting reports, memos, letters, and forms to a high standard using Microsoft Word and G2 Speech Report.
  • Meeting Support: Providing administrative assistance during meetings, including minute-taking, and distributing relevant documentation.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Developing and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication Handling: Prioritising inquiries via mail and telephone, ensuring effective messaging systems are in place.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Four GCSEs including English (Grade A*-C), plus two years of clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  2. GCSE English (Grade A*-C) plus three years of clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment.
