My client delivers a wide range of Training Courses and qualifications specializing in Health and Safety, Electrical and Construction.
The successful Training Administrator will be responsible for the timely administration of documentation associated with the daily operation of the business. This will include both paper and electronic administration systems.
The Right role:
Preparing training materials for upcoming courses.
Raising invoices and debt management
Answer phone calls and emails
Data-entry and maintain data base system
Liaising with administrative team and staff when required
Provide support and assistance where required to Administration Director when required
Maintain the office in clean and tidy way
Preparing classrooms and canteen for students

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
