48k-55k Basic Salary (negotiable depending on experience) + Company Vehicle + Pension + Benefits

Location - Reading / Berkshire

We are currently seeking an experienced Heat Pump Manager to join a well-established Plumbing and Heating organisation based in Reading and Berkshire region.

Our client have over 50 years' industry experience across both domestic and commercial heating services and specialise in gas, boiler and renewable energy work (air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, solar thermal etc).

Job Summary:

• As a Heat Pump/Renewables Manager, you'll be working alongside the Renewables Director.
• Your role will be split from working in office to out in the field.
• Responsible for site surveys, managing various projects/engineers, overseeing health & safety etc.
• Attending client meetings.
• You'll need to live commutable to Reading, with some travel typically throughout areas such as Berkshire, Hampshire and Swindon.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• You must have experience ideally as a Heat Pump Manager, or alternatively as a Gas Manager, or Heating Manager.
• You must have previous experience as a Gas Engineer, Heating Engineer or Air Source Heat Pump Engineer.
• Be able to demonstrate leadership and previous management experience.
• Good IT and Computer skills.
