Back to searchPRS are working with a high profile client who are currently looking for an experienced Chef Manager with a positive 'can do' attitude for their operation in Arbroath, postcode DD11. This is a full time permanent position working mainly Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of 18.00 per hour PAYE for the first 12 weeks. reverting to a salary of 27,500 per annum plus company benefits. Hours will generally be 8am to 4pm.
Managing a team of 6 to 8 chefs you will be responsible for the day to day running, of breakfast and lunch service whilst also ensuring that the evening service is maintained by your team, delivering high standards. You must be fully experienced senior chef and have full knowledge of all required health and saftey practices relating to food production and kitchen management.
To be considered for this role, you must have -Food safety certificate Level 3Health & Safety level 2Strong IT skillsExcellent financial acumen.
