Search are partnered with a well known manufacturing company based in Arbroath. The company are expanding and looking for an experienced Export to join the team! In this role you will play a key part in managing and streamlining our international shipping operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all export documentation, logistics, and compliance requirements are met while maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate and manage international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery* Prepare and process export documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and certificates of origin* Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and third-party logistics providers to monitor shipments and resolve any logistical issues* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customer-specific requirements* Maintain accurate records of export transactions, invoices, and documentation* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and managing any export-related issues* Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Production, and Finance to support business operationsRequirements:* Previous experience in an export or logistics role is essential* Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesWhat We Offer:* Competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.* A supportive and collaborative work environment in a growing company* Opportunities for career development and growthHow to Apply:If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in export coordination, we'd love to hear from you!Please send your CV to
