- Great working hours:
- Off-Season (March-September): 7am - 3:30pm.
- Peak Season (October-February): 7am - 4:30pm.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in butchering meat.
- Strong knowledge of meat products and food safety.
- Initiative to minimise risks to customer health.
- Hardworking, honest, and reliable, with a good attitude.
- Willingness to undertake other tasks to support the business.
Responsibilities:
- Work with meat and other food products.
- Working in a chilled factory environment in the involvement of skinning, processing, and packing of wild venison.
- Cutting, trimming, and preparation in the meat production process.
- Maintain Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Food quality standards.
- Working as a team to ensure the production runs quickly and efficiently.
- Help during changes on the line, learning new skills as required - work on different areas where required.
- Comply with all company procedures and codes of practice to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace.
- Cleaning of the line, machinery, and equipment when necessary.
- Our perfect Butcher will be happy with the manual handling of animals, raw meat, and working in a cold environment.
