Apply now and help build the future, one home at a time.Your new roleWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Site Manager to lead our clients' construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to handover.
  • Lead and mentor site teams, including Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation on site.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS are essential.
  • A degree or diploma in construction management.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
