ABC Teachers are seeking 2 dedicated and reliable cleaners to join a school team in Coventry. If you take pride in maintaining clean and safe environments, this is the job for you!
The role is part time, working 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day, over 5 days Monday-Friday.
About the role:
- Maintain cleanliness in classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas in the school.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitise floors.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Assist with occasional deep cleaning tasks.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are replenished and stored properly.
About the school:
- A secondary specialist school for 11 – 18 years catering for students with complex communication and interaction difficulties. Many students have a diagnosis of autism.
About you:
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping (school setting preferred but not essential).
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Can provide appropriate references and pass a DBS check.
