We are seeking a CMM Chargehand to lead the dimensional inspection team, ensuring machining processes meet design and quality standards. You will oversee daily operations, verify completed work, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise CMM operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Program, review, and verify CMM inspection reports.
- Train and mentor CMM operators and dimensional inspectors.
- Oversee machine shop activities and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance communication and workflow.
