Brook Street is excited to announce an opportunity for a Shared Services Support Officer. This role is essential in supporting the Recruitment and Selection Shared Services Centre and offers a dynamic work environment.

Location: Armagh

Band: 3

Salary: 11.67 per hour

Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)

Contract Duration: temp ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and deliver all end-to-end recruitment and selection activities in line with best practices.
  • Assist in resolving escalated issues from the Recruitment and Selection Shared Services Centre.
  • Create and review databases and reports to monitor recruitment activities and identify risks.
  • Communicate system-related issues to the Recruitment and Selection Team Leader.
  • Audit transactions and data entries to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for effective recruitment processes.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries from employees regarding systems, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five GCSEs including English Language and Maths (Grades A-C) and 18 months of relevant experience within a recruitment setting.

Skills Required:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using various software applications related to HR processes.
