Job title: Electrical Trade Counter Assistant

Full time: Monday-Friday 8am-530pm, Saturday 830am-1pm (2 per month)
Pay Rate: £25000 - £30000 /annum, dependant on experience
Your Role:
As an Electrical Trade Counter Assistant you will play a fundamental role providing excellent customer service in the Armagh City area as well as co-ordinating the buying process.
This is a customer facing role, providing an outstanding level of service at the trade counter and over the phone, maximising sales at every opportunity. As part of the branch team, this is an excellent role for the right person to develop their skills and experience within the industry.
Your Responsibilities:
* Providing customer service at our busy Electrical Trade Counter
* Assisting customers with their product selection
* Dealing with suppliers to order stock items and ensuring stock levels are adequately maintained at all times
* Cash handling
* Operation, maintaining and developing of stock system
* Ensuring compliance of health and safety and cleanliness standards
* Maintaining effective communications with our suppliers regarding incoming products
You will have:
* Previous experience of an Electrical Retail or Trade Counter environment
* Excellent teamwork and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Good computer literacy and proficient in the use of IT
* Reliable and punctual record
* Good knowledge of Electrical materials and products
