Brook Street (UK) Ltd is delighted to work on behalf of a leading Public Sector Organisation to source an Executive Officer on a temporary-ongoing basis within the Accounts Receivable department based in Armagh.

The Executive Officer will play a key role as an admin liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.

General Office Administrative duties will include (and are not limited to):

  • Checking and completion of all sales invoices as well as the creation of credit notes
  • Supervision of staff including training, redeployment of work to cover absences, advising on procedures and completion and authorisation of documentation
  • To manage the receipt and coding of all income
  • Supervision administrative staff in the section including the management and allocation of duties.
  • To provide administrative support in relation to all aspects of the work of the section using the full range of IT equipment including typing, databases, spreadsheets, email, intranet, and internet facilities.
  • To provide advice and assistance to Education Authority officers, customers, the public and other professionals in respect of agreed aspects of the service.
  • To assist in the collation of factual data and statistical information from various sources to support the work identified
  • To prepare letters, minutes, notes, and other clerical support to officers as appropriate.
  • Customer service (Telephone/directly customer facing)

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Have a minimum of one year's experience in an office based administrative role.
  • NVQ Level 3, BTEC National or two 'A' levels or equivalent or higher examination qualifications.


This is a part-time role of 18 hours per week, based in Armagh and the rate of pay is £12.94 per hour
