Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Technicians to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end process of the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform routine production tasks, including weighing, mixing, granulating, compressing, and coating pharmaceutical products.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Document all production activities accurately and timely in batch records and logs.
  • Assist in the setup and changeover of equipment for different production runs.
  • Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain optimal production conditions.
  • Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve any production issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs or equivalent; an NVQ Level 2 or higher in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and MHRA regulations.
  • Proficient in operating pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends if required.
