The role

• Carrying out all asbestos surveying & sampling in all sectors including management, refurbishment, demolition, and reinspection surveys
• Air sampling, fibre counting & 4-stage clearances
• A flare for Project Management duties of Remedial Works
• Every day, demonstrating our ABCDE Values of Accuracy, Belonging, Communication, Development and Experiences.
• Familiarity and compliance with all relevant legislation and guidance
• Experience of working within a UKAS accredited organisation and familiarity with documents such as Lab 30 and RG8
• Compliance with the QC systems in report checking, maintaining training records and kit checks, monthly QC’s, RICE etc.
