Hotel General Manager job in Arundel (West Sussex), Role Overview:

As General Manager of this independent property, you will have overall responsibility of all departments. Don’t worry if you don’t have a much exposure to F&B though! The primary experience requirement for this position is the rooms side, so departmental training can be provided for F&B if required. You will lead from the front-line, getting hands on when required to ensure the operation runs smoothly and consistently great standards are achieved.

You will liaise with the Hotel owner in the planning and delivery of revenue and cost targets to ensure a profitable operation.
