Role - Site Manager

Location - Arundel and surrounding areas

Salary - £45k - £65k

I am looking for a Site manager for a client in West Sussex & Hampshire, ideally you'll have experience working on projects valued £20k up to £15m for Refurb and extension projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all works are undertaken with consideration to the needs of the local population
  • Manage, supervise and mentor the site team
  • Cover various projects and drive the team forwards
  • Adopt, maintain and promote cost conscious management
  • Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed and updated
  • Ensure that the project is properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve safe, profitable and timely delivery
  • Prepare monthly progress project reports, and ensure that method statements, risk assessments and approval documents are in place for all site activities
  • Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all the contractual requirements
  • Manage materials and supply, including where necesarry obtaining this yourself

Key Attributes:

  • Having a strong background of working within the build industry (General Builder, Site Supervisor, Foreman or Assistant Site Manager)
  • CSCS site manager qualified
  • First Aid
  • SMSTS or SSSTS Ideally
  • Valid Full UK Driving LIcence
  • Safe delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality
  • Be confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility
