This is a great opportunity for a GERMAN speaking SALES EXEC& LEAD GENERATOR to work for a prestigious manufacturing. The business is highly profitable and you will be setting appointments for a field sales team that is based in Germany & Austria . The role involves connecting with farm owners and introducing new technology that will make their businesses more productive and profitable. This role is also offered 100% REMOTE . Full training is provided

TITLE : GERMAN Sales Lead Generator

Salary : to £37,000 + OTE ( on year one this is likely to bring earnings to about £60,000 and could be much more as commissions are uncapped)

In this role you will use your German daily and focus on building brand awareness in the DACH region, connecting with farm owners and introducing the innovative new technology that will make their farms more productive and profitable .The company is dedicated to animal welfare and the new technology that you will introduce to a new audience , underpins this emphasis on care and also on sustainability

You will be working from new leads coming in from Trade Shows , general inbound enquiries and your won research . Full training is offered ( you will visit farms to see the technology in-action too!)

Duties

  • Proactively Identify, qualify, and engage potential farm owners/clients across Germany and Austria
  • You will be working to targets of 10 appointments per week on behalf of the field sales team that is based in the DACH region ( this translates to about 30 outbound dials per day to farm owners)
  • Attend trade shows in Germany and the UK in order to building strong relationships with farmers, put a " face to the name" and generate referrals
  • Work with the marketing team and create direct marketing campaigns to help support BD efforts

Requirements

  • Some experience in customer service or market research or classic lead generation ,
  • Fluent German; other languages like Polish, Czech, Dutch, or Danish are useful
  • Own transport. The office is a 3 mile walk/drive or a cycle-ride from the station in the countryside. Or 100% remote.
